Hello, my name is Missy and I am a graphic designer who has lived in the Chicago suburbs all of my life. I currently reside in Bartlett with my husband, Danny, and our 3 cats. When I'm not obsessing over design, (I will judge a restaurant based on their menu design) I love hanging out with friends, trying new cheese pizzas, watching trashy t.v., and discovering new music. 

I have a B.F.A in graphic design and since 2013 have worked as the Creative Lead Designer for one of the country’s largest privately-owned label manufacturing company designing collateral, print ads, email, trade show displays as well as custom label designs for various national clients. My ads have been featured in several print publications. As Head of Creative at DLS, my work has won a 2016 in-house design award from Graphic Design USA magazine and the GLGA (Great Lakes Graphic Association) 2017 award for Best in the Division. I am very strong in typography, color, composition, layout, and concept development. I am attentive to every detail and nuance of a project while working quickly to meet deadlines. My favorite part of the design process is taking something mundane and making it visually appealing. I am a big user of grids and will obsess over every pixel of a project. I am very knowledgeable in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) products and have the latest software. I am also currently in the process of learning Adobe After Effects.
